\nTchad \u00ab Connexion 2030 \u00bb incarne une vision audacieuse de de\u0301veloppement du Tchad, carrefour strate\u0301gique au c\u0153ur de l\u2019Afrique. Ce Plan de De\u0301veloppement ambitieux repose sur un concept central : la CONNEXION. Connexion avec sa ge\u0301ographie, inte\u0301rieure et exte\u0301rieure, physiquement et nume\u0301riquement ; connexion avec son he\u0301ritage de berceau de l\u2019humanite\u0301 et connexion avec son potentiel pour ba\u0302tir une e\u0301conomie diversifie\u0301e et inclusive. Avec un volant d\u2019investissements sans pre\u0301ce\u0301dent, prive\u0301s et publics, d\u2019origine nationale et exte\u0301rieure, d\u2019environ 30 milliards USD, soit 18 000 milliards FCFA re\u0301parti en 268 projets et re\u0301formes strate\u0301giques de de\u0301veloppement.
